Unbelievable Service!
I ordered props from Prop Shop Pros exactly one week ago. I was satisfied with the price and the shipping cost I paid. Well, less than an hour late they issued a refund for part of my shipping cost because it wasn't going to cost them as much. That was different, almost any other company would pocket the difference. I then received an e-mail that my products would arrive Monday. I thought, how is this possible? I placed my order after 5pm on Friday. Sure enough, Monday morning, there were my props on my doorstop. They looked fantastic, and the fruit snack they included was perfect because I hadn't had a chance to eat breakfast. This may have been the best service I've gotten from any company ever...yes EVER! Thanks again, and keep up the great work.
